Google site and support are terrible from Adwords to Analytics to Google Plus and more. They must be doing their programming and support in China because it makes no sense in English.
I use their platform because I have to but it is always, awkward, difficult and confusing and often their stuff just outright doesn't work. Friggin amazing.

Because Bing (gag, Microsoft, gag) actually returns more primary sources now, not just Wikipedia and shitty wordpress blogs.
